I am a full-time freelance marketer, content strategist, and social media content creator. I’ve scaled my freelance business to over six-figures in less than three years, after starting with absolutely no experience.

In college, I studied Human Rights, Urban Studies, and Social Justice Organizing with the goal of owning a non-profit or becoming a lawyer. Throughout the entire process of earning my degree, a small voice in the back of my head continuously told me this wasn’t the right path.

I thought it was just the fear of entering “the real world,” but I’ve since learned it was my intuition telling me I was meant for more. Truth is, I always dreamt of a career with time and location freedom, but it took me many years to finally take the plunge to go after that.

So I graduated college, didn’t apply to a single full-time job, and decided to start freelancing. I spent 70 hours/week working, trying to figure out how to start a freelance business, gaining experience in the services I offered, and working a side hustle to keep myself afloat.

It took around a year to find a flow, but it could’ve been a lot shorter if I had the right resources.
